Today, i decided to upgrade one of my own DNN websites. It was running DNN 5.6.3 so the goal was to upgrade it to DNN 6.0.0 and then DNN 6.0.1. Of course i had to be careful, cus hosting provider was Godaddy. Since Godaddy is a shared hosting provider, its likely to encounter some warnings/errors during DNN Upgrades.
Luckily upgrade job completed successfully. Later when going on home page of website, i received following error message.
[HttpException (0x80004005): Request timed out.]
Hmm, sounds interesting... Refreshing a few times did the trick and home page loaded correctly. However, there was a problem with login pop-up dialogs.
Currently investigating this...
