Could not load file or assembly ChilkatDotNet2 or one of its dependencies

Today, I'm moving many #DNN websites to a new Windows 2008 Web Server for a client. He needs to get it done as soon as possible. However, #migration of websites can be tricky, if source and target operating system versions, database server versions and collation strurctures are different.

For instance, if you receive following error:

Could not load file or assembly ChilkatDotNet2 or one of its dependencies

And permissions are correct, file in place... So what's wrong?

Yeah, i can see that you are about to pull your hair :)

Here comes the solution... You must enable IIS 7 Application pool of related website to run 32bit applications. Default value is set to false, causing migration process headaches...
