DotNetnuke 5.6.1 Package Released Yesterday

DotNetnuke Team finally announced the release of DotNetNuke 5.6.1 package. DotNetNuke 5.6.1 is the next upgrade path for DotNetNuke 5.6 initial release.

Joe Brinkman and other team members worked hard with Community members in order to create a well-enhanced system.

We also discussed the possibility of fixing Latin characters on SQL Server Data Providers but i assume this will be included at a later release.

DotNetNuke 5.6.1 supports Razor scripts and more... I will update this blog post with details after reviewing release features and bug fixes.

However, i strongly recommend the upgrade to prevent security issues. Be aware to take backups first..
