DotNetNuke 5.4.0 is Available

New DotNetNuke 5.4.0 release targets ASP.NET 4.0 support with Visual Studio 2010.
Normally i wouldn't expect to see a new major release just after the release of DotNetNuke 5.3 Series. However DotNetNuke team wanted to support fresh development scale of Visual Studio and Net Framework 4.0.
