I would like to see built-in backup functionality in
DotNetNuke, however this won't happen in a close feature. Well, at least we have some alternatives.
DNNInfo WebsiteBackup module is one of them.
The first release of module had a backup feature for only site files, now it also supports
Native SQL Database Backup.
You can grab the module from
developer's website and discuss it with other community members from DotNetNuke Forums or leaving a comment at this blog post.
