Tony Barken is offering free hosting on a DotNetNuke 5.1.2 installation. The hosting comes with a bunch of extra modules and skins beside the core ones.
The free plan comes with limitations in terms of number of pages, disk space, traffic, mail accounts and mail disk space but it comes with all the modules and skins they offer. He claims that there are no ads displayed on the site. Hosting will use your own domain name but you will get a temporary url upon signup which you can use right away.
