Michael Washington has released a new version of
ADefHelpDesk module.
Help Desk module has new improvements and bug fixes.

Added: Localization. You can now create a new Localization file to present ADefHelpDesk in a different language

Fixed: Sort Tags Alphabetically

Fixed: If a branch in Tags tree is marked visible, all child nodes are visible whether they are marked visible or not.

Fixed: Ticket Layout Stretches when the Tags tree is expanded
