Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count

Today, i was trying to update some of the modules at DotNetNuke Turkish Community portal. Ventrian News Articles module is one of them and i have installed 7.62 release previously. Unfortunately, updating this module to 7.65 simply causes following error and blog page items are not displayed.

Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count

Although update completes succesfully on English sites, obviously something is wrong within Turkish interface.

I'm still investigating the cause of trouble and hopefully i will get it fixed in a few hours.
