Installing Package File Messaging_01.01.00_Install Error

The previous post was to tell how to fix XML module bug, but this one was unexpected. Since going 5.4.1 from 5.2.3 is a scary process, i thought i could get errors within SQL scripts. However i got two package install errors. One of them is related to file messaging as title says, the other one is Taxonomy.

Currently, checking DNN forums to see how people was able to solve this issue. I'll post updates here soon.
