"HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." Most likely there is a problem with server behind the web application.
You can troubleshoot this error, by checking Application Pool of your web application. For instance if you or any sysadmin accidentally pause application pool of your web app, then this error will welcome you while browsing your website.
